Rachel Raak is an OUTSTANDING realtor! She was recommended to us by another agent in a different state. We enjoyed working with Rachel through the entire process- from our initial conversation to closing. Knowing we had a baby and were from out of town, she was efficient in getting us in for showings. She was flexible in her schedule when we asked to see different houses. As we gained a better idea as to what we were looking for in a house, she politely suggested looking at homes that were suited to our budget and priorities. My husband and I don’t consider ourselves quick decision makers and we had a specific budget we needed to stay within. We never felt pushed, rushed, or coerced. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. She was practical in advising us what to offer. She was always friendly, positive, transparent and quick in her communication with us. If we were to know anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Siouxland area, we would absolutely suggest her as a realtor.

Rachel is amazing!!! From the very beginning showing us houses and just talking over the pros and cons. Calling me in the evening to let us know we can move in early. She will go beyond buy making sure we pass inspection, even if it means her doing the fixing. Rachel's professionalism is what sets her apart. She knows when to step in and point things out, but also knows when to just stand back and let us explore. We've had her sell a home for us and now we've purchased a home. We will most definitely contact her again if and when the need comes. Thank you Rachel for being a great friend but also helping us find an amazing home, after the shock of the flood taking our home.

Needless to say we had a very difficult sale of a home in an estate. Rachel had to work with our lawyer, and us as sellers being out of state. She handled the whole transaction with professionalism and confidence. She communicated with us constantly letting us know where we were in the process and what would be the next steps There were times we did not think the sale would go through, she reached out to her resources to determine if there were any options for the challenges we were facing. We knew she was doing all she could to ensure the sale could go through in the timeframe for the buyer. I’m sure she was a happy as we were the day the sale closed. If the need came up we would certainly use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
